SHIPPING AND RETURNS 

Free shipping on all orders!

All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days, Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. (Please note our Black Friday event can get very busy – please allow 1-4 working days for dispatch of your items.)

The above delivery details are for mainland UK addresses only and should only be used as a guide.

 

Our Returns Policy – If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason please get in touch with us by emailing us at sales@therudeballooncompany.co.uk.

To return an item for a full refund you must return the product to us in the same condition in which you received it within 14 days. Once the product has been examined we will notify you of your refund via e-mail and within 7 days.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

 

Please Note – delivery times are based on the Royal Mail so can vary please see our delivery section for details. We will not be held responsible for lost or late delivery of items as this is out of our control – please do contact the team if for any reason your item does not arrive after 5 days.

During busy periods or following bank holidays delivery timescales may be longer. If you live in a remote area or the Highlands or Northern Ireland please allow at least one extra working day.
